| Thank you so much for dealing so calmly and helpfully with a panic stricken mother of the bride over a mysterious stain (dressmaking glue?) on a brand new bridesmaid's dress. It was wonderful that you cleaned the dress within a couple of hours of us bringing it in and phoned to offer reassurance.
